Meet the Woman On Topp, Rosaria Lecci. She is a highly trained personal development coach and mentor. Her passion is helping women transform into the best versions of themselves. Taking a very customized approach, she supports her clients in attaining their goals through personal discovery, goal setting, and a specific action plan.

From a rough diamond to a gemstone. From a submerging submarine to the engine of a Rolls Royce. Rosaria’s metaphors are truly indicative of her strong belief that we all possess the power to create positive change in our lives. She believes every woman is designed to shine.

Rosaria uses a holistic approach inspired by Viktor Frankl founder of logotherapy and existential analysis. We have three dimensions all of which are closely related: physical, psychic and mental. When these three pillars are unbalanced, it creates discord in our lives.

“People are always searching to restore inner balance and this is where I come into play because I can help you discover and develop your own potential, reassert your beliefs and restore your overall dynamics.” Rosaria Lecci

Rosaria understands that successful women who appear to have it all can benefit from coaching too. We all still have self-doubt, guilt about our success or a block that is keeping us from reaching our full potential.  Rosaria has created a VIP mentoring program for brilliant women to give them the confidence and new tools they need to continue evolving and growing in their professional careers and their personal lives.  Clients leave the program transformed with an individualized success mantra and plan designed to take them to the next level.

No matter where a client is on their personal development journey, Rosaria is committed to collaborating on a fully customized plan. She knows that clients have the power and potential within them. She becomes their transformation partner. She has successfully supported clients through many personal development evolutions including professional advancement, weight loss, relationship conflicts, stress management and mental sports training.

Rosaria’s training is extensive including Company Mentor Education which is a Swiss Diploma of Higher Education and the Diploma of Certified Advance Studies of Coaching. (CAS) She also has training in acupressure and nutritional advice.

Rosaria is originally from Southern Italy and now resides in Zurich Switzerland. She speaks five languages: English, French, Italian, German and Russian. To book an appointment, please visit her website at https://getanotherview.org/en/.
