Ladies, we have all had those times in life where we feel like we are just getting plowed over again and again with punch after punch, no matter how hard we work, strive, and resist. It can be mentally and emotionally exhausting, yielding a lot of chaos and confusion within our seemingly balanced lives. Honestly, I notice this happen the most during the summer to fall transition, so I wanted to share this article with you as soon as I could.
