Allyson Spellman is the CEO & founder of Unleash Your Voice.  She is a former actress, entertainment producer and casting director who worked in various capacities for TV, film and Broadway. She is currently a world-renowned women’s empowerment coach, author, speaker and TV host & guest expert.

Allyson has coached hundreds of women to stop settling for less and start living without limits. She is the author of “40 Days of Voice Redemption: A Daily Devotional for Women to Unleash Their Authentic Truth.”

Through the Unleash Your Voice brand, Allyson has developed programs, workshops and tools designed for women to embrace their authentic voice and reclaim their true identity. She is a leading expert at shifting women from feeling lost to truly being found.

Allyson has been featured on numerous television, radio programs and publications including Fox Morning Show, ESPN Radio, Fox Radio, Hartford Magazine, New York Social Diary, Hamptons Daze Magazine, WAG Magazine, Accent Women and Greenwich Girl.

She is referred to as “The Crossroads Coach for Women” because of her ability to help women at a crossroads to create an empowering new chapter in life.

She has coached hundreds of women to own their authentic truth, turn transitions into triumphs and find themselves again in the busy mix of life.

In 2014 Allyson proudly co-created a scholarship program for women entrepreneurs to start a new business or expand an existing one.

Allyson is also a “Self-Acceptance Ambassador” for young girls. She has modified her popular empowerment programs specifically for the needs of preteens and teens.  Presented in a fun and fresh way, this interactive program helps girls elevate their self-esteem, confidence, self- worth and individuality to make empowered and rewarding choices.

She was recently honored as one of the “Local Ladies Who Have Made History” in honor of Women’s History Month in Greenwich, CT for her accomplishments and mission to help women all over the world to embrace their authentic worth.

A highlight of Allyson’s speaking career was to be chosen as the commencement speaker for her alma mater Stephens College- a women’s college that has been “a home to bold women with bright dreams since 1833.”

In 2014, Allyson co-founded a scholarship for entrepreneurial women to start, fund or expand a business.
