Let’s break free

Making decisions feels so hard until you find out how to be more in tune with yourself. How do you start living for YOU without regard to people’s opinions and feelings? Do you ever feel overwhelmed with worry about how loved ones will feel about your choices? Are you concerned with being a people pleaser so much that you neglect things that are important to yourself? Well, I’ve been there and I’ve done that many many times.

Let’s break free. Let’s set our minds free and find some peace. Let’s all become self-assured and confident.

10 simple practices to awaken your inner powerhouse & step away from a world full of maybes.

1. Wake up with a CAN DO attitude

No matter if you’re going to run 2 miles at the gym or if you’re submitting a proposal at work. Approach whatever it may be with the attitude that you will succeed.

2. Talk with certainty

Whatever you put your mind to, you will do well. You are a lady boss. You have power. You are a winner. Speak life into yourself and those around you.

3. Allow no one to be disrespectful

You can’t grow in toxic surroundings. Anyone who doesn’t support you doesn’t belong in your life. If it doesn’t feel good, it probably isn’t.

4. Only engage in positive activities

Book travel to spontaneous places , engage with people who are cultured, meet older friends, do different activities. Make sure you’re constantly doing positive things with your time.

5. Spend time focusing on business not gossip

When you’re trying to build an empire and become the best person you can, you need good energy and exciting vibrations. Negative interactions filled with gossip and bad news is exhausting and blocks you from doing productive things.

6. Spread love like confetti

Be a blessing to everyone from the attendant at the gas station to the girl your ex cheated on you with. Spread love & make people see only the light you spread.

7. Show gratitude to those who deserve it

We often waste time on who doesn’t do things, who isn’t there, and who shouldn’t do something in our lives. What about the people who do it all right? Are we neglecting to celebrate them? Show gratitude to the blessings you have, you’re lucky to have those.

8. Dead meaningless relationships

If it doesn’t feel good, let it go!

9. Spend quiet time alone

Pray! Meditate! Fast! Spend time with yourself.

10. Constantly seek growth opportunities

Read. Seek guidance from successful people. Talk to elders for wisdom. Apply for jobs you’re under qualified for. Do anything that forces you to take a chance on yourself.

All I ask is you give yourself a chance to really experience some self love….. Become a lady boss!
