Tell us something about yourself

Hi, I am Paola and I am the MissAdventure Founder. We organize retreats and newly MissAdventure Festival for ambitious and adventurous women who want to network, learn and have an unforgettable experience during a 2-day program, workshops, panel discussions, networking, parties and more. We love to think it is more than a conference-  it as a community, a mindset and a lifestyle for the modern women who wants more from life.

Who is a Miss Adventure?

A Miss Adventure is any woman who lives the life to the fullest and on her own terms, who takes risks, who is ambitious and adventurous. She likes to travel. She wants to leave a mark in this world and she wants to support other women like her.

What is the trip to Croatia about?

The Croatia retreat is actually a prolongation of the Festival and is an educational gourmet retreat. It focuses on the topic How to start your online business along showcasing one of the best-kept secrets in Croatia- Istria. Apart from workshops, we have fun sightseeing and rich gourmet experience with truffle hunting and wine tasting. In 2019 you started a new project MissAdventure Festival. Tell us more about it.

Yes, that is correct. This year we launched the 1st Miss Adventure Festival and we had amazing women from 21 nations join us for 1 day from as far as the USA and Canada. We focus on a holistic approach to success for women and we have unfiltered discussions about topics like mental health, work-life balance but also hands-on workshops on business topics ( social media, content creation and branding).

How did it go?

It definitely exceeded all my expectations and the energy created was amazing – I witnessed many new partnerships but also friendships. Some even went on holidays together and others found sponsors for their events. Needless to say, we finished the Festival dancing Macarena! In those 24h everyone was like one and this is exactly what the MissAdventure spirit is about- collaboration, growth, and community!

I am proud that we attacted so many wonderful sponsors like Intimina, Lindt, Flixbus, Zigante just to name few.

What are the next destinations?

We have a trip to  India March 2020 and Croatia in June 2020.
