Balancing & Stabling Frequency in Your Body – Luxe Krystals by Kimberley Cruz

Stress and anxiety are not always necessarily bad. In the short term, they can be your body’s natural response to help you overcome a challenge or dangerous situation. In small doses, some anxiety helps motivate us to do the things that we need to do (for instance, studying for exams, preparing for a job interview etc).

Many spiritual practices tell us that there is an inner peace that resides in all of us at our core and that it is actually our natural state of being to feel at ease. Crystals help us to access that part of us that we sometimes lose and help clear away the negative energy we are storing that may have distorted our perceptions.

Crystals are said to emit a balanced and stable frequency that can bring our own bodies’ chaotic energy back into balance and equilibrium so that we come back to our natural state of wellbeing. When combined with deep breathing or meditation and mental focus they can be a great ally in bringing us from a state of panic back into a serene mindset.

Meet Kimberley Cruz who sells High vibrational crystals & curate soy wax candles infused with crystals as well. She offers people a healing tool/companion to help with anyone’s spiritual growth journey.

Do you make them yourself?

I do make the soy wax candles myself, they are all hand poured by me. They are made from 100% soy wax which is nontoxic, cruelty-free & vegan. I have vendors all over the world for my crystals, they are all intuitively chosen from Brazil, Pakistan, Africa, Argentina, etc.

What should every aspiring entrepreneur know about founding a business? What do you wish you had known earlier in your career?

I just feel like you have to believe in yourself & take the leap of faith. Don’t let others bring you down with negativity. There’s always light at the end of the tunnel, and the fact that you even decided on doing something for yourself is a big deal! Be proud of yourself & continue to kick down doors. Don’t be afraid of what others might think of you or your business, that to me was the biggest step. I was overthinking how id be perceived in this “spiritual healing journey” light. And I wish I just took my leap of faith earlier. The truth is, people are going to talk regardless, block out all the noise.

What do you like the most about your job?

What I like most is that I have created a platform of a “crystal community” & everyone is so kind and respectful to each other. Every live sale I do, they are always so uplifting supportive not only to myself but to each other, they even gift each other crystals, it’s so sweet! They have really become a family to me & I’m so grateful for each and every one of them.

Tell me about what you’re working on now.

A SYSTEM. A solid system so that things run smoothly here at the LUXE KRYSTALS headquarters. I’d like to have an All women team. I’d like to hire someone for packing & shipping my products safely. Hire someone for marketing  & creating creative content. Someone to host live sales &. Feed sales. Also a legal team. I am currently wearing all the hats and I’m fine with that but id like to also vacationing still have my business up and running. My business has not yet reached the 1-year mark yet but I do feel very strongly that without a system a business will fail. I just want a good team to keep things running smoothly even when I’m not around.

What are your future goals?

My future goals consist of getting into real estate, multiple streams of income & understanding the stock market more. I’d like to be financially free & secured.

What are your current goals?

My current “short-term” goal is to build a website where people can feel more comfortable purchasing what they are looking for. Some people don’t like live sales and don’t have the time for it, some people don’t like to be overly friendly and that’s totally ok. I just want to expand my products to everyone comfortably. Another “short term” goal of mine is to get back into painting, I don’t think I’m an artist or anything like that but its a hobby of mine I had for many years and I stopped before I became a mother, now that my son is 3, id like to pick up a paintbrush & tap back into that hobby. It’s a good stress reliever & a great lane for self-expression.

What have you learned most from entrepreneurship?

There are lots of ups and downs sorta like the stock market lol. If you are one of those people who have a weak stomach for an emotional rollercoaster ride, I suggest steering clear, however, if you are like me and just kinda sorta go with the flow, continue to stay positive and keep the mindset for “long-term” success. I also learned where there is no risk, there’s no reward. If you want some sort of reward u must work towards that, nothing is given.

What has been your key (or keys) to success?

Being honest, staying true to myself. Being open, when people feel they can relate to you it gives them some kind of security or safety blanket as u will. After all, we are all just regular human beings trying to figure out this thing called LIFE.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?

I honestly don’t consider anything I’ve done or been through a “failure”. I look at them as lessons/experiences. I have lived 27 years of life, and experienced a Buch of different lanes & I’m still not done. Started off dancing & singing, I danced 8 years of ballet tap & jazz. I’ve been featured in urban magazines & hip-hop videos. Ive went to school for medical coding/billing. I was a bottle service girl in some of NYC’s top nightlife clubs, worked in an orthopedic office doing medical coding/billing. Now I own a small business called @Luxekrystals. I say that to say this, no one should look at anything they do or been through as a failure because we are constantly evolving. Whether we stuck to one thing or tried many things doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve “failed” at anything. I’ve learned to just follow your heart for the moment & go with the flow.
