Every now and then, I am asked by media outlets – “What would be your advice to entrepreneurs who are just starting out or women entrepreneurs who already have a business that is still not hitting consistent revenues?”
Given that I have created a high multiple 6 figures going to 7 figures heart-centered company in just 2.5 years of its establishment and at 30 years of age is the reason why I have peaked the interest of media in the first place.
Not to mention, as a dating and relationship coach, I also bust the popular myth that you can only create high-end revenues if you help others make money.
I don´t help my clients make money. I help them attract the love of their lives and in my opinions and theirs; it is way more beneficial, and life-changing than any monetary gain I could help these women achieve.
So let´s get down to my top tips and what I have learned in this fascinating entrepreneurial journey of mine so far –
Top tip 1 – Content is King
I truly believe that if you can help solve someone´s problem, and you know how to solve it from many angles, you are bound to succeed.
I do not believe in the myth of the “life-changing coach” that nobody knows about. Remember, you don´t have to become a celebrity coach or the most known name in your industry in order to be successful. If you know how to do your job and do it WELL, you will start to get known.
I led with content at the start of my company in order to establish my expertise. I gave free reports, webinars, Youtube videos and lots of content on my private Facebook group Wunder Divas. Women started to watch my content and think – “Wow. Sami really knows her stuff.”
They brought in more women and the word started to spread. Within a few months, we were above thousands and today it´s a sprawling community of 10K plus women, all looking for love and following my content and investing in themselves and their love lives.
What is important is to show up, not care about the number of “likes” on your post and keep giving your expert content on your social media platforms. Trust me, people are watching you.
If you care about what you have to say and believe in what you have to say, you will attract a tribe of followers who will care about what you have to say too.
Top Tip 2 – Lead With Client Results
You can have everything you want when you help others have what they want.
In the online noise of today´s entrepreneurial world, it is easy to buy quick fixes and look at others who made it successfully online, thinking that it is some PR gimmick or marketing fix that is behind their success.
There isn´t. And while PR and marketing definitely have their place in helping you spread your message to millions, you´ve got to be GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO in today´s world in order to succeed.
You´ve got to care about your clients and their results, more than you care about PR, marketing, branding, website, writing blog posts or doing live streams.
When you deliver RESULTS, your business will grow. There is no other way. This is the law of abundance in action. Your sales, your profits, your opportunities will grow in proportion to how much you can truly help people and give them real results.
I know for me, client results are the absolute priority at Sami Wunder. We wouldn’t be where we are today, had we not cared about each client´s journey individually and made sure they received ROI on their investment.
So if you want to make it big, lead with results. Care about impacting and helping every individual who comes your way. You cannot but grow when you do that and keep that as your most important focus.
Top Tip 3 – Delegate Quickly
It is tempting to try to do it all yourself as a solo entrepreneur. As a CEO of a company with 3 permanent employees and several other contractors, I can tell you that if I were handling admin email, sales calls, shopping carts, WordPress, marketing and social media, I wouldn´t be where I am today.
My zone of genius is coaching, content creation, understanding relationships and dating and decoding them to my busy, professional client in a way that she “gets it.”
Within one month of being in business, I realized I needed a WordPress website expert and within 6 months I had my first virtual assistant Pearl.
Now, 2.5 years into the establishment, my company has a sales team, a team of trainee coaches who support me in running my programs and handling the huge demand ( I love them!) and a permanent assistant. I couldn’t live without these wonderful women in my life anymore.
Top Tip 4 – Build Systems & Scale Up
If you want to build a real company, one that won´t collapse without your daily presence and push, you need to invest in good systems and automation.
A real business is one that can survive and if set up well, even thrives, while you are away.
As the CEO, within 2.5 years, I have been able to move away from being the only coach to now being headmaster coach of a team of trained coaches and most spending my time doing strategic planning for my company now.
My experience is that if you don´t spend time building your systems, you run the risk of hating that very thing you love doing, simply because after a point, if you´re really good, the company will grow to a size you cannot handle alone. So invest in systems fast enough so that you can continue to love your business and your life.
Top Tip 5 – Your Business Is Your Energy
This is the only woo-woo tip I will give you but I want you to listen to it closely.
The energy of your business expands as your energy expands. The energy of your business contracts, as your energy contracts.
As entrepreneurs, we are leaders, influencers, visionaries and our ideas, vision and mission can only go as far and as deep we can go into living our best selves, taking healthy risks, pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone.
As a CEO of a company that grew by 35% in 2018, I am increasingly learning the power of a healthy mindset, staying in the energy of abundance and continued inner work in order to keep growing, serving my clients and spreading the message of LOVE and success, without compromise, for women!
